For organisations

Sustainable Performance
Begins with People.

Support leaders and teams to build practical foundations for energy, focus, recovery, resilience and human connection — assessed first, then designed.

Three routes in.

Described as proposed offerings: the shape of each is agreed with the organisation before anything is delivered.

Executive Performance

For individuals carrying sustained load.

Confidential, individualised support for leaders dealing with demanding schedules, fatigue, cognitive overload and competing responsibilities. Delivered within an agreed coaching and performance scope, not as clinical care.

Workforce Performance

For teams and wider employee groups.

Structured education and assessment-led programmes covering recovery, sleep, movement, resilience and sustainable working. Participation is voluntary, and findings belong to the individual.

Corporate SANCALP

For leadership groups and intact teams.

A facilitated group experience combining reflection, movement, breathwork and practical behaviour change. At the same stage as the open retreat: planned, not yet scheduled.

A sample engagement.

Indicative, and adjusted to the organisation.

  1. Discover

What the organisation is actually seeing — absence patterns, feedback, the problems leaders describe.

  2. Define

Agree scope, population, consent model, confidentiality and what success would look like.

  3. Assess

Voluntary assessment across the six systems, with individual results going to the individual.

  4. Design

A programme shaped by what the assessment found, not a standard curriculum.

  5. Deliver

Sessions, workshops, coaching or a retreat, in the format that fits the organisation.

  6. Review

Aggregate reporting where consented, and an honest account of what did and did not work.

Confidentiality, stated plainly.

An employee’s individual assessment belongs to that employee. Employers do not receive individual responses, profiles or reports.

Where an organisation receives anything, it is aggregate only, large enough that individuals cannot be identified, and shared only where participants have been told clearly and have consented on a lawful basis.

Participation is voluntary. Assessment is never used for hiring, grading, promotion, disciplinary processes or any employment decision.

We do not claim reduced absenteeism, attrition or healthcare costs. Those are measurable things, and we will claim them when we have measured them.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us what you are seeing in your organisation and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
