Our people

Three people,
three kinds of training.

That is deliberate. No single discipline sees the whole picture, which is the reason Praanidhi exists in the shape it does.

Dr. Rajender Reddy Gangula, Human Performance Coach & Holistic Health Practitioner

Dr. Rajender Reddy Gangula

Human Performance Coach & Holistic Health Practitioner

BDS · Certified Human Performance Coach · Certified Hypnotherapist

Also practises: Reiki Grand Master · Lama Fera Grand Master — offered where a client wants them, and described as complementary practice rather than clinical treatment.

From dental surgeon and NHS practitioner to certified human performance coach — Dr. Rajender's journey through a serious health setback and Alopecia Universalis became the foundation of his transformation practice. Through discipline, yoga, meditation, and inner work, he rebuilt himself completely. Today he combines healthcare experience, behavioural transformation, and holistic performance practices to help professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs overcome invisible barriers — turning stress into resilience, exhaustion into energy, and limitation into possibility.

Stress load, energy and motivation, behavioural change, and the question of what the effort is in service of.

Within scope

  • Leads the whole-person intake and builds the plan across dimensions
  • Coaching for stress, energy, focus and behaviour change
  • Hypnotherapy and energy-work modalities, where a client wants them

Radhika Avanthsa, Executive & Human Performance Coach

Radhika Avanthsa

Executive & Human Performance Coach

ICF-Accredited Coach · Certified Yoga Therapist & Teacher · Executive Human Performance Coach · Menopause Coaching Specialist

Radhika is an ICF-accredited coach, Certified Yoga Therapist and Teacher, Executive Human Performance Coach and Menopause Coaching Specialist, based in Singapore. With 16 years of experience helping, mentoring and educating people to support their wellbeing, she brings together deep personal insight, coaching skill and body–mind–spirit practice. Her own path was shaped by a quieter question that many high-performing people eventually meet: who am I without the doing? That inquiry led her into the study of Asian philosophy, and she now connects that tradition with modern coaching to work with the whole person — human performance, wellness, inner alignment and sustainable growth. She works with professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs and midlife women carrying significant responsibility, who are often succeeding outwardly while feeling stretched, disconnected or quietly running on empty. She does not help people perform harder. She helps them perform from a place that is grounded, aligned and truly sustainable.

Executive capacity, sustainable performance, nervous-system regulation through movement and breath, and the transitions that change what a person can carry.

Within scope

  • Executive and human performance coaching
  • Yoga therapy and teaching, in its classical lineage
  • Breath and nervous-system regulation practices
  • Menopause coaching, as a life stage affecting energy, sleep and capacity

Not within scope here: Is not a medical practitioner or psychotherapist, and does not diagnose or treat clinical conditions. Coaching is not therapy, and where therapy is the right thing she says so.

Dr. Madhav Yendru

Orthopaedic Surgeon & Physical Capacity Lead

MBBS, Gandhi Medical College · MS (Orthopaedics) · MCh (Orthopaedics), University of Dundee

Dr. Madhav is an orthopaedic surgeon whose work centres on the spine and the musculoskeletal system — the physical foundation that decides how well a body moves, carries load and recovers. At Praanidhi he brings the clinical lens to physical capacity: separating what is structural from what is functional, and recognising when a symptom needs proper medical evaluation rather than another lifestyle change.

The musculoskeletal system and the spine — how well a body moves, carries load and recovers, and whether a physical symptom is structural or functional.

Within scope

  • Clinical assessment of musculoskeletal and spinal complaints
  • Distinguishing structural problems from functional ones
  • Judging when a symptom needs imaging or surgical opinion rather than a lifestyle change
  • Medical oversight of the physical dimension of a plan

Not within scope here: Surgical treatment is provided through his own clinical practice, not through Praanidhi. Praanidhi itself does not provide surgery, prescriptions or emergency care.

Named qualifications, not claimed standards.

Every qualification on this page is one the practitioner actually holds, named specifically rather than summarised. Where a credential is still being verified it is described in general terms until it is confirmed — which is why some entries are shorter than you might expect.

Praanidhi does not diagnose disease, prescribe medication, or provide emergency or crisis care. Where any of those is what you need, we say so and refer rather than proceed.
