Privacy Notice
How we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
This Privacy Notice applies to Praanidhi Health & Wellness Pvt. Ltd.(“Praanidhi”, “we”, “us”). It describes how we collect and use personal data when you visit our website, enquire about our services, or become a client. It is prepared in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules 2025.
Under the DPDP Act, Praanidhi is the Data Fiduciary — the party that decides why and how your personal data is processed — and you are the Data Principal. Our contact details for all data protection matters are at the end of this notice.
What data we collect
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number and city, provided when you contact us or enquire.
- Health and performance information: history, questionnaire responses and assessment findings collected as part of the Praanidhi assessment process. This is sensitive personal data under the DPDP Act and is collected only with your explicit consent.
- Communication records: messages, emails and notes from consultations with practitioners.
- Website usage data: only if you accept analytics cookies — see below. If you decline, none is collected.
How your enquiry reaches us
The enquiry form on our Contact page does not submit to a server. When you complete it, your browser opens WhatsApp with the details you entered already written out, and you send the message yourself from your own WhatsApp account. Nothing is transmitted to us until you press send, and we do not store a copy of anything you typed unless you do.
This means your enquiry travels through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta, and is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy as well as ours. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, email or telephone reach us directly and are set out below; please use one of those instead.
Once your message reaches us it is held in our records and used only to respond to you and to prepare for a discovery conversation.
Who else processes your data
We use a small number of third-party services. They are:
- Meta (WhatsApp): carries enquiries you choose to send by WhatsApp, as described above.
- Vercel: hosts this website and processes standard server request information such as IP address, which is necessary for the site to be delivered to you.
- Google (Analytics 4): only if you accept analytics cookies. Not loaded at all if you decline.
We do not use any other third-party service to collect or store your personal data, and we do not run advertising pixels of any kind.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Analytics is off by default. The Google Analytics tag is not loaded, and no analytics cookies are set, unless you choose “Accept” on the consent banner shown on your first visit. Declining has no effect on how the site works.
When analytics is enabled we collect page views, approximate geographic region and the channel that brought you to the site. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, form contents, health information or any other identifying detail to Google. We do not use analytics data for advertising, and we do not run advertising pixels.
You can change your choice at any time: . Clearing your browser storage for this site also resets it.
Why we collect it
- To respond to enquiries and schedule appointments.
- To conduct assessments and deliver practitioner services.
- To maintain records necessary for safe and effective practice.
- To understand how the website is used, where you have consented to analytics.
- To send service-related communications such as appointment confirmations. We do not send marketing communications without your explicit consent.
How it is used and stored
Client health and assessment data is stored securely with access restricted to your treating practitioner. Enquiry data is held in our records system. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Health records are retained for a minimum of seven years from the date of last contact, in line with standard healthcare practice in India.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and receive a summary of how it is processed.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erase your personal data where there is no lawful basis for continued retention, subject to applicable retention requirements.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Nominate a person to exercise your rights on your behalf in certain circumstances.
Children and persons with a guardian
Praanidhi’s services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18 without the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian, as the DPDP Act requires, and we do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children. If you believe a child’s data has been provided to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Withdrawing your consent
Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time and as easily as you gave it. For analytics, use the cookie settings link in the footer or the button above. For anything else, email us and say what you are withdrawing. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and we may still need to retain certain records where law requires it — we will tell you if that applies.
Raising a concern
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please contact us first using the details below, marking your message Privacy Grievance. We will acknowledge it and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right under the DPDP Act to complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Using our grievance process first does not remove that right.
