Choose your starting point.

Three ways in, depending on how much you already know about what you want to change. None of them commits you to anything.

If you are not sure where to begin

Discovery Conversation

A conversation to understand what is going on and work out whether we are the right people to help.

A short conversation with a member of the team. You talk, we ask questions, and we tell you plainly what we would suggest next — including when the answer is that you need someone else.

PHPI™ Human Performance Assessment

A structured look across six independent areas of human performance, interpreted by a practitioner.

A structured self-report across the six systems, followed by a practitioner reading it with you. PHPI describes patterns across six independent areas; it is not a diagnosis and it does not produce a single score.

The framework

Six systems.
One connected human being.

These are the angles an assessment looks from — not six departments to choose between, and not six therapies on a menu. The PHPI assessment considers each one separately, so a conversation starts from the whole picture rather than a preset package.

PHPI is a reflection and discussion framework — not a diagnostic test, not a measure of potential, and never reduced to a single overall score. Your answers and any health details stay in a private, access-controlled system; nothing sensitive is collected through this website.

Why this approach.

  1. We start by listening.

The first conversation is not a sales call or a form. You describe what is going on in your own words, and we ask about the things people are rarely asked — sleep, workload, what changed recently.

  2. We connect the systems.

Energy, mood, focus, relationships and direction interact. A change in one usually shows up in the others, so we look across them rather than treating a complaint in isolation.

  3. We build a plan you can actually keep.

Built around the one or two things limiting you now, and around the week you really have. We work alongside medical care rather than in place of it, and we say so when a specialist is the right next step.

A clearer path to feeling and functioning better.

Four steps. You can stop after the first one.

  1. We Listen

    A conversation, not a form.

A discovery conversation. You describe what is going on in your own words. We ask questions, and we tell you honestly whether this is work we can help with — including when the answer is that you need someone else.

  2. We Understand

    Assessment across six systems.

A structured look across the six systems, using the PHPI framework and anything you already have — previous results, a history, a sense of what has and has not worked. The point is to see the whole picture before narrowing it.

  3. We Build Your Plan

Agreed with you, not handed to you.

A practitioner proposes a small number of priorities and the practical steps that follow from them. You agree what is realistic. A plan you will not follow is not a plan.

  4. We Support Your Progress

    Review, adjust, repeat.

Check-ins at a sensible interval, with the plan adjusted as circumstances change. Where it is useful, selected systems are revisited so you can see what has moved.

Meet the founding team.

Praanidhi is led by three people with different training, which is the point: no one discipline sees the whole picture.

Common questions.

  • What actually happens first?

A conversation. You describe what is going on, we ask questions, and we tell you honestly what we would suggest next — including when the answer is that you need someone other than us.

  • Do I need the PHPI assessment to start?

No. Some people begin with a conversation and never need a full assessment. The right starting point depends on what you are dealing with.

  • Is this medical treatment?

No. Praanidhi assesses, coaches, coordinates and refers. Diagnosis and clinical intervention need appropriately qualified professional oversight, and we will say so when that is what you need.

  • Where are you based?

Hyderabad, and much of the work can be done online. Mondays to Saturdays, 8am to 8pm IST.

  • What does it cost?

Fees are explained before anything is booked or enrolled. We do not publish a tariff for programmes whose scope is still being defined.

You don’t need all the answers to begin.

A first conversation takes about thirty minutes and commits you to nothing. We focus on practical goals, personalised guidance and regular reviews of how it is going.
