Flagship programme
Ninety days to build better-performing everyday habits — with a plan that fits your life.
Not a reset, a cleanse or a challenge. A structured ninety days with a plan built around the week you actually have, reviewed as you go, and reassessed at the end.
Who it is for
Adults over 35, busy professionals and leaders looking for sustained change rather than a short reset.
It suits people who have tried short-term changes that did not hold, and who want something structured enough to survive a difficult month.
What people usually work on
- Energy and sleep consistency
- Movement and strength that fit a real schedule
- Resilience under sustained pressure
- Nutrition behaviours that hold beyond the programme
Goals are individual. These are the areas people most often choose, not a fixed syllabus and not a promised result.
How the ninety days work
Baseline
A discovery conversation and, where it is useful, a structured assessment across the six systems. The point is to see the whole picture before narrowing it — including anything you already have, such as previous results or a history.
Your plan
A practitioner proposes a small number of priorities and the practical steps that follow from them. You agree what is realistic for your week. A plan you will not follow is not a plan, so this stage is a negotiation rather than a prescription.
Ninety guided days
Implementation with support, and scheduled reviews along the way. Plans change — the reviews exist so that the plan can change deliberately rather than quietly being abandoned.
Reassessment
A closing review against where you started, and an honest conversation about what held, what did not, and what is worth continuing without us.
Who coordinates it
A Lead Practitioner coordinates the plan. Qualified clinicians make decisions within their licensed scope.
A Lead Practitioner holds the plan together so that you are not the one carrying information between practitioners. Where a clinical decision is needed, it is made by someone qualified to make it.
What it is not
- Not a guarantee of any clinical or biomarker outcome
- Does not replace care from your own doctor
The specific inclusions of your programme are confirmed after your baseline, once we know what you are working on. Fees are explained before enrolment.
Common questions
How many sessions are included?
The contact pattern is set after your baseline, because it depends on what you are working on. We would rather tell you after the assessment than publish a number that turns out to be wrong for you.
Will this fix a medical condition?
No, and we would not claim it. Praanidhi 90 works on habits, routines and everyday performance. Where a medical condition is involved, the programme runs alongside appropriate clinical care rather than replacing it.
What if I travel, or my work is unpredictable?
That is assumed rather than treated as an obstacle. The plan is built around the week you actually have, which for most people includes travel and unpredictable stretches.
What happens after ninety days?
The closing reassessment covers that. Some people continue with focused support, some carry on independently, and we will say plainly which we think applies.
What does it cost?
Fees are explained before enrolment, once the scope of your plan is clear.
Start with a conversation.
Before anyone commits to ninety days, we talk. You describe what is going on, we tell you whether this is the right programme — including when it is not.
