Your journey
What actually happens.
Four stages, from the first conversation to a review months later. You can stop after the first one, and plenty of people do.

The short version.
We Listen
A discovery conversation. You describe what is going on in your own words. We ask questions, and we tell you honestly whether this is work we can help with — including when the answer is that you need someone else.
We Understand
A structured look across the six systems, using the PHPI framework and anything you already have — previous results, a history, a sense of what has and has not worked. The point is to see the whole picture before narrowing it.
We Build Your Plan
A practitioner proposes a small number of priorities and the practical steps that follow from them. You agree what is realistic. A plan you will not follow is not a plan.
We Support Your Progress
Check-ins at a sensible interval, with the plan adjusted as circumstances change. Where it is useful, selected systems are revisited so you can see what has moved.
If you would like the detail.
Most people only need the four stages above. This is the full sequence, including how consent and access work, for anyone who wants to see it before getting in touch.
The complete process, stage by stage
- 01
Enquiry and consent
You get in touch. Before anything is collected, you are told what will be asked for, why, who will see it and how long it is kept. Nothing proceeds without that.
- 02
Discovery conversation
A conversation of about thirty minutes. You describe what is going on; we ask questions and say honestly whether this is work we can help with.
- 03
Voluntary history
If you go ahead, you share relevant background at your own pace, in a private system. Only what is relevant is asked for, and you may decline any part of it.
- 04
PHPI assessment
A structured reflection across the six systems, arranged directly with your practitioner and completed privately — never collected through this public website.
- 05
Professional review
Your practitioner reviews the profile with your circumstances in mind. Access is role-restricted: only professionals involved in your care can see your information, not everyone at Praanidhi.
- 06
Recommendations
A small number of priorities, with the reasoning for each. Where something needs a doctor or another specialist first, that is the recommendation.
- 07
An agreed plan
You and your practitioner agree what is realistic. The plan is written down so both of you are working from the same thing.
- 08
Testing, only if indicated
Investigations are suggested only where clinically appropriate, and through qualified providers. We do not order tests to look thorough.
- 09
Practitioner assignment
Who is responsible for what, named. If more than one practitioner is involved, one of them holds the whole picture so you are not the relay.
- 10
Follow-up and review
Check-ins at an agreed interval. Selected systems are revisited where it is useful, so change is visible rather than assumed.
Who can see your information.
Access is restricted by role. The practitioners involved in your care can see what they need to do that work. Everyone else at Praanidhi cannot.
Assessment responses and any health information are held separately from this website. They are not stored in the site, not passed to analytics and not sent through WhatsApp. The public enquiry form asks only for a name, a way to reach you and a broad reason.
If you are referred to a clinician, information is shared only with your consent and only what is relevant.
