Programs & Services

What we actually offer.

Start with an assessment, work towards a defined ninety-day goal, or explore focused support and experiences. Every option below says who it is for, what happens, who oversees it and what it is not.

Two ways in. A conversation if you want to talk it through first, an assessment if you want a baseline before deciding.

Start here

Discovery Conversation

A conversation to understand what is going on and work out whether we are the right people to help.

For whom
Anyone considering working with Praanidhi, and unsure where to begin.
What happens
A short conversation with a member of the team. You talk, we ask questions, and we tell you plainly what we would suggest next — including when the answer is that you need someone else.
Format
Online or in person, Hyderabad
Who oversees it
Coordinated by the Praanidhi team; clinical questions are routed to an appropriately qualified clinician.
What is included
Confirmed following your discovery conversation or assessment — we do not publish a fixed list before we know what you need.
What it is not
  • Not a clinical consultation, and not a diagnosis
  • Not a confirmed appointment until the team has acknowledged it
Fees
Fees, where they apply, are explained before anything is booked.

PHPI™ Human Performance Assessment

A structured look across six independent areas of human performance, interpreted by a practitioner.

For whom
People who want a baseline before deciding what to change.
What happens
A structured self-report across the six systems, followed by a practitioner reading it with you. PHPI describes patterns across six independent areas; it is not a diagnosis and it does not produce a single score.
Format
Self-report, with a practitioner conversation
Who oversees it
Interpreted by a practitioner. Any clinical testing that follows requires approval by an appropriately qualified clinician.
What is included
Confirmed following your discovery conversation or assessment — we do not publish a fixed list before we know what you need.
What it is not
  • Not a diagnostic test, and not a substitute for clinical screening
  • Does not produce one overall score or a risk rating
  • Not completed on this website — results belong in the secure client portal
Fees
Fees are explained before enrolment.

The flagship programme

Focused support, organisations and experiences

Focused support

Focused Support

Work on one thing that is getting in the way — sleep, weight, stress, movement, digestion, or energy and focus.

For whom
People with a specific concern who do not want a full programme.
What happens
Start from the concern rather than the programme. Each concern sets out what gets explored, what support looks like, and the point at which medical assessment is the right step.
Format
Varies by concern
Who oversees it
Practitioner-led within scope, with referral where clinical assessment is indicated.
What is included
Confirmed following your discovery conversation or assessment — we do not publish a fixed list before we know what you need.
What it is not
  • Scope varies by concern — each one states its own referral boundary
Fees
Fees are explained before anything begins.

For organisations

Corporate Human Performance

Three engagement formats for executive, team and organisation-wide work.

For whom
CHROs, HR and people leaders, founders and executive teams.
What happens
Discover needs, agree scope and privacy, deliver the programme, then evaluate and report. Reporting is aggregated: no employee-level health or PHPI information reaches the employer without specific permission.
Format
On site, online, or a combination
Who oversees it
Scoped with the organisation; clinical elements stay within qualified professional scope.
What is included
Confirmed following your discovery conversation or assessment — we do not publish a fixed list before we know what you need.
What it is not
  • No employee-level health data shared with the employer
  • No published client names or logos without written permission
Fees
Proposals are scoped to the organisation and quoted individually.

Experience

SANCALP Retreat

An immersive few days of movement, breath, reflection and connection — and a practical way forward afterwards.

For whom
People who want to step away and return with something they can actually keep doing.
What happens
A multi-day residential experience combining movement and yoga, breath and reflection, emotional awareness, connection and restorative practice, closing with take-home routines.
Format
Residential, multi-day
Who oversees it
Facilitated by the Praanidhi team and named facilitators, confirmed before each retreat.
What is included
Confirmed following your discovery conversation or assessment — we do not publish a fixed list before we know what you need.
What it is not
  • Not a medical or therapeutic intervention
  • No medical claims are made for any element of the programme
Fees
Fees are published when a retreat opens for registration.

Which is right for me?

Common questions

  • Do I have to do the PHPI assessment first?

No. The right starting point depends on what you are dealing with. Some people begin with a discovery conversation and never need a full assessment; others want a baseline before deciding anything. If a concern needs medical attention, that comes first regardless.

  • What does it cost?

Fees are explained before anything is booked or enrolled. We do not publish a tariff for programmes whose scope is still being defined, because a number without a defined inclusion list is not useful information.

  • Do you coordinate with my own doctor?

Where it is relevant and you want us to, yes. We work alongside existing medical care rather than replacing it, and clinical decisions stay with appropriately qualified clinicians.

  • Is everything online, or in person?

Both, depending on the offering and what suits you. Praanidhi is based in Hyderabad; much of the work can be done online.

  • Is this medical treatment?

No. Praanidhi assesses, coaches, coordinates and refers. Diagnosis and clinical intervention require appropriately qualified professional oversight, and we will tell you when that is what you need.

Not sure which of these fits?

That is what the discovery conversation is for. Tell us what is going on and we will tell you honestly what we would suggest — including when the answer is someone other than us.
